Our platform provided fixed the DNS routing issue and all services are back to normal

Service is back up.

Currently our platform provider, Heroku is experiencing a major issue. All our applications are hosted on Heroku - AWS platform: https://status.heroku.com/incidents/2402

According to our monitoring system this service has become unresponsive, we’re investigating.
